Renewal and cancellation
Every plan renews automatically at the same interval and keeps charging until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal, which is linked on your Account page. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, your access continues for 7 days while the payment is retried. For 6-month and 12-month plans, a reminder email is sent 7 days before renewal. Payments are not refunded. See Refunds.
Payment
You pay by card and, where available on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card must allow international payments.
Orders are processed by Polar Software, Inc., our online reseller and merchant of record. The seller on your invoice is “Korea Wind Intelligence via Polar Software, Inc.”, and your card statement shows POLAR*KOREAWINDINTEL. Prices include applicable taxes for buyers in South Korea and most other countries. For buyers in the United States, Canada and India, taxes are added at checkout. Korean tax invoices are not issued. Your invoice and receipt are available in your customer portal, where business buyers can add a company name and registration number.
