1. The service1. 서비스
Korea Wind Intelligence (“KWI”, “we”) publishes information on the South Korean offshore wind market at koreawindintel.com and projects.koreawindintel.com. These terms apply when you create an account or subscribe to KWI Premium.
Korea Wind Intelligence(이하 ‘KWI’, ‘당사’)는 koreawindintel.com과 projects.koreawindintel.com에서 한국 해상풍력 시장 정보를 제공합니다. 이 약관은 계정을 만들거나 KWI Premium을 구독할 때 적용됩니다.
2. Accounts2. 계정
You sign in with your email address through our membership system. An account belongs to one person. Do not share your sign-in or your downloads with others. You must give a correct email address and, when you subscribe, a correct name.

3. KWI Premium3. KWI Premium
Premium gives access to the content listed on the Pricing page for as long as your subscription is active. Billing, renewal and cancellation are described on the Pricing page and in Refunds, and form part of these terms. We may change what Premium includes.

4. Translations4. 번역본
English translations of Korean laws, regulations and policy documents are unofficial translations prepared by KWI for reference. The Korean original takes precedence. A translation is based on the text in force on the date shown on its cover. It is not legal advice.
한국 법령, 규정, 정책 문서의 영문 번역본은 참고용으로 KWI가 만든 비공식 번역입니다. 한국어 원문이 우선합니다. 번역본은 표지에 적힌 날짜에 시행 중인 본문을 기준으로 합니다. 법률 자문이 아닙니다.
5. Information only5. 정보 제공 목적
KWI provides information and analysis about energy infrastructure. We do not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice, we do not recommend buying or selling any security or asset, and nothing we publish is a trading signal. Our figures come from public records and our own models, and every estimate carries uncertainty. Check the source documents before you rely on a figure for a decision.
KWI는 에너지 인프라에 관한 정보와 분석을 제공합니다. 당사는 투자, 금융, 법률, 세무 자문을 하지 않으며, 어떤 증권이나 자산의 매수·매도도 권유하지 않고, 당사가 게시하는 어떤 내용도 매매 신호가 아닙니다. 수치는 공개 기록과 자체 모델에서 나오며 모든 추정에는 불확실성이 있습니다. 의사결정에 수치를 쓰기 전에 원문 자료를 확인하십시오.
6. Acceptable use6. 이용 규칙
Do not copy the service in bulk, use scrapers or other automated tools, try to bypass access limits, or share your access. Translation downloads and in-site views are limited to 30 downloads or views per account per day. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Premium content is for your own use and may not be resold, republished or redistributed.
서비스를 대량으로 복제하거나, 스크레이퍼 등 자동화 도구를 쓰거나, 이용 제한을 우회하거나, 이용 권한을 공유하지 마십시오. 번역본 내려받기와 사이트 내 열람은 계정당 하루 30회로 제한됩니다. 이 규칙을 어긴 계정은 정지될 수 있습니다. Premium 콘텐츠는 본인 사용 목적이며 재판매, 재게시, 재배포할 수 없습니다.
7. Intellectual property7. 지식재산권
KWI owns the compilation, analysis, models, design and text of the service. Government source documents remain the property of their publishers and are used under the terms they publish. Except for the access described above, nothing in these terms transfers any right to you.
서비스의 편집물, 분석, 모델, 디자인, 텍스트는 KWI가 소유합니다. 정부 원문 자료의 권리는 각 발행기관에 있으며 그 기관이 공표한 조건에 따라 사용합니다. 위에서 설명한 이용 권한을 제외하고, 이 약관은 이용자에게 어떤 권리도 이전하지 않습니다.
8. Payments and reseller8. 결제와 판매 대행
Subscriptions are bought from Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and invoices under its own buyer terms. Refunds and cancellation rights are described in Refunds.
구독은 Polar Software, Inc.에서 구매하며, 이 회사가 판매 대행사(merchant of record)로서 자체 구매자 약관에 따라 결제, 세금, 청구서를 처리합니다. 환불과 해지 권리는 환불 페이지에 설명되어 있습니다.
9. Suspension and ending9. 정지와 종료
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account for a breach of these terms or for misuse of the service, and we will explain why.
이용자는 언제든 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 당사는 이 약관을 위반하거나 서비스를 오용한 계정을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있으며, 그 이유를 설명합니다.
10. Availability and liability10. 제공과 책임
We aim to keep the service running and accurate but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, KWI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
당사는 서비스를 안정적이고 정확하게 운영하려 노력하지만 있는 그대로 제공합니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 KWI는 간접 손해나 결과적 손해에 책임지지 않으며, 어떤 청구에 대한 당사의 총책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 이용자가 당사에 지불한 금액으로 제한됩니다. 법이 제한을 허용하지 않는 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.
11. Changes11. 변경
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects a running subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect.
당사는 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 맨 위 날짜가 최신 판을 나타냅니다. 개정이 진행 중인 구독에 영향을 주는 경우 시행 전에 알려 드립니다.
12. Governing law12. 준거법
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
