Gochang is a 76.2 MW fixed-bottom offshore wind project in Jeonbuk waters. It was first granted an Electricity Business Licence on 2019-12-20. It was awarded in the 2023 auction. The expected commercial operation date is a KWI model estimate, not an announced schedule.
