Incheon 1 is a 870 MW fixed-bottom project in Incheon waters. It holds an Electricity Business Licence first granted on 4 March 2025. Its environmental impact assessment is in main consultation after the main report was submitted on 21 April 2026. It is developed together with Incheon 2, and the two share one assessment timetable and one grid connection offer. The expected commercial operation date is a KWI model estimate, not an announced schedule.
