The Minister must notify a review opinion within 45 days, not counting time for supplementing documents or consulting relevant agencies. The disposing authority must grant permission, etc. by reflecting the review opinion or review results, and must order project suspension where a compliance order is not followed and marine traffic safety would be significantly affected.

(1) The Minister of Oceans and Fisheries shall require a person who intends to carry out a project subject to safety examination (excluding the head of a State organ or the head of a local government; hereinafter referred to as "business entity") to conduct a marine traffic safety examination in accordance with the safety examination standards prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.
