PublicThis Ordinance prescribes the composition and operation of the Boryeong Offshore Wind public-private consultative body, which consults on matters such as the coexistence of the Boryeong Offshore Wind project and the fisheries industry, and benefit-sharing. The Consultative Body is composed of not more than 35 members, including 2 co-chairpersons and 2 vice chairpersons, and in principle holds a regular meeting once a month.

Purpose
Article 1The purpose of this Ordinance is to prescribe matters concerning the composition and operation of the Boryeong Offshore Wind public-private consultative body, in which the public and private sectors jointly participate and make efforts for overall discussions on the development of the Boryeong Offshore Wind complex in Boryeong City and for the collection and reflection of the opinions of interested parties.
