Mokpo City Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of Offshore Wind Platform Center

This Ordinance prescribes matters for the management and operation of the Mokpo City Offshore Wind Platform Center, whose duties include support for the fabrication, pre-assembly, unloading, and logistics management of large structures related to offshore wind power. The Mayor may entrust all or part of its management and operation to entities with expertise in the offshore wind power industry. The entrusted institution must not re-entrust the entrusted matters.
